Willow Tree Farm Willow Tree Farm, Sampford Courtenay, is a small farm which specialises in growing fruit and vegetables for the making of our preserves.   As far as possible, we use our own home grown ingredients managing to source any additions from local growers. Dried fruits are sourced from a local wholesaler. Recipes are a combination of traditional and modern with a balance of ones which we have created ourselves from trial and error.   Our produce is handmade in small quantities to ensure an original fruit flavour. A large percentage of the ingredients are chopped by hand to compliment the texture.   Each and every jar is checked and labeled by hand. We hope that this meticulous attention to detail is more than evident in the taste and texture of our products. We have chutneys, jams, jellies and mustard to suit all tastes.
